Darek Sokol is a well respected licensed faux painter and muralist. Since 1993, Darek has been specializing in residential and commercial interior design and decorating. His notable skill in conceptual design has earned him a reputation as one of Colorado's premiere interior faux painter and designer. His work has been featured in many Residential Showcases and industry publications.

Born and raised in historic downtown Droga Gora (Poland), Darek has always had an affinity for elements of structural design and aesthetics. Darek graduated from Fine Art and Design Trade School in Poland and continued his education here in US, at Northwestern University in Illinois.

Darek began his career by decorating the historic mansions on the southwest side of Poland and other European countries. Darek was asked to do the design by a university professor who was familiar with Darek's talent. Once the project was competed, and Darek's talents were unveiled, he quickly rose to prominence as a much sought after faux painter, historic stucco renovator and decorator.

Darek's passion for decorating with paint is reflected in the beautiful surroundings that he creates. An ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and his clients have earned Darek a well deserved reputation as a true professional.
